I’m Karen, and this is a knee-friendly yoga practice designed for folks living with stiffness, sore joints, or ongoing aches. This class isn’t about pushing through pain or trying to “fix” your body. It’s about gentle movement and smart strengthening to help relieve stiffness and support how you move through your day.
Expect a calm, supportive practice that helps you feel more at ease in your body - physically and mentally.
