01:49:57 The Free French flag flies in the foreground of a shot of St Paul's Cathedral. V1 flying bomb (doodlebug) in flight. Large crowd of people gathered in street in London.
01:50:15 People waiting to return to Paris. General Charles De Gaulle with other officers. American and French troops advance into Paris. Tank smash down the doors of a building. Machine gun fired from tank. People walking along streets. VS Les Invalides. German POWs along streets. More fighting. People begin to take down the barricades. People cheer as tanks roll down the streets. Tanks at foot of Eiffel Tower. Pan down Tower - German POWs on truck. People take down the barricades. People cheer as tanks pass.

Suspect forced through crowd by police.
