本日はふわふわなスフレチーズケーキの作り方になります。焼いてる最中に表面が割れない解説も字幕でやってるので字幕ONにしてどうぞ(^▽^)/

■140℃　30分　丸型18㎝
クリームチーズ…200g　
卵黄…80g　　
生クリーム35％…200ml　　　　　　
薄力粉…50g

卵白…160g　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
グラニュー糖…80g　
①室温に戻したクリームチーズをポマード状にし卵黄、生クリームを加える。
②薄力粉を加えダマにならないように混ぜる。
③卵白とグラニュー糖でメレンゲを作りクリームチーズと合わせる。
④型に生地を流し込み天板に湯煎をし140℃に余熱したオーブンで蒸し焼きにする。
⑤焼き上がりは粗熱がとれるまでオーブンの中で休ませる。
※焼き上がりすぐにオーブンから出すとシワやしぼみの原因になります。
⑥アプリコットジャムに少量のお湯を加え表面に塗る。
⑦スフレチーズケーキが常温まで冷めたらラップをして冷蔵庫で3時間ほど休ませる。

④Pour the dough into a mold, soak in a baking sheet, and steam in an oven preheated to 140 ° C.
⑤ Rest in the oven until the rough heat is removed.
If you take it out of the oven immediately after baking, it may cause wrinkles and dents.
⑥ Add a small amount of hot water to the apricot jam and apply it to the surface.
⑦ When the souffle cheesecake cools down to room temperature, wrap it and let it rest for about 3 hours in the refrigerator.
