SUPER HOME BUYER SCHEME 2023: Will This Make It Worse?

Описание: Scott Morrison has just announce the Super Home Buyer scheme, which will allow first home buyer's to access up to 40% of their super up to $50,000. I'm not personally interested in politics but I'm interested in how it affects the property market. The question is - will this actually help first home buyers, or will it inflate an already hot (but maybe cooling) property market nationwide.

Many people say first home owner incentives actually make housing affordability worse - others say increasing housing supply, reducing access to cheap and large amounts of credit (especially for investors) is the way to go.

Personally I'm not sure but I don't think this scheme is a step in the right direction, let me know your thoughts in the comments
