Short on time? I’ve got you. This 14 minute ab workout targets every part of your core to help tighten, tone and strengthen your abs. It’s fast, effective, and you can do it almost anywhere. Perfect for busy days or when you just want a quick core workout. Follow along till the end and you’ll feel your abs working from the first rep to the last!
WORKOUT DETAILS:
60s per exercise
3 exercises per circuit
30s rest between each circuit

Remember, visible abs are a result of your diet AND training, and although you can't spot reduce belly fat, you CAN build your abs and core so they will appear more defined when you reach the right body fat percentage. Including routines like this regularly in your week and staying consistent with it will help a lot!
