Let’s discuss the recipe.

Ingredients:
Veggies (of your choice)
Salted butter
Garlic 1 full
Tomato 4 big size
Dry chili 4
Salt
Lemon
Oregano
Red chili sauce
Slice cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Vinegar
Oil
Pasta

First cut all the veggies as shown in the video. Once you’re done, take a bowl add water and salt , soak broccoli, and baby corn about 10 minutes to absorb the salt into veggies. This step will also help to kill the germs 🦠 .

On a cooker add garlic,tomato, dry, chili salt, and water. Then close the lid and place on the gas. Whistle around four times.

Once it is under the cool temperature grind them really well and keep aside.

Meanwhile, boil the pasta as show in the video.once the pasta is cooked well strain as shown in the video.

Take a pan add butter and garlic, sauté them for a while. Then add all the veggies, leave it for cooking about 5 to 6 minutes.

At the end add garlic, red chili and tomato broth along with pasta broth.
If you like thick consistency, then add corn starch about 4 to 5 tablespoons and stir continuously to avoid any lumps.

At this point, add sliced and mozzarella cheese give it a good mix.
