Full disclosure: I was pretty run-down when filming the first part of this video, which is why the overall tone is dramatically more subdued than my usual. Talking through my overall strategy for the final two markets of 2025 (how did we get here already?!) and what I’m looking ahead for in 2026. Market prepping is in full force as I work my way through some printed lists, which this week has a big emphasis on HATS, wearables, and, of course, plushies.
