In this video, I present the full SCADA/HMI interface for the dual pump system using Siemens WinCC. The HMI is connected to the PLC program created in TIA Portal and includes full monitoring and control of the pumps.
This demo includes:
✔ Real-time tank level indication from float switches
✔ Start/Stop control in manual mode
✔ Auto alternation indicators for both pumps
✔ Alarm screen with high-level alarm, overload status, and horn silence
✔ Pump status indicators (Running, Stopped, Fault)
✔ Full simulation of pump operation and tank level changes
This project combines PLC + HMI + level simulation to replicate a complete industrial pumping station.
