Описание: In this episode I speak with my former Centre for Mindful Eating board member colleague. This episode tackle a topic that I haven’t spoken much about before, here on the podcast, or elsewhere in my work.


It is an important part of this work I think we often don’t get into much in eating disorder recovery. Maybe because most of us who are professionals in this space are nutrition professionals or therapists, and unless we are really into fitness or sport ourselves, it may not cross our minds to ask questions about someone’s relationship with exercise and movement.


Though movement can be wonderful for most people, when in recovery from an eating disorder or disordered eating it can be a complicated relationship.
