In this video, I address the three most common questions I get from piano clients and students. What is playing piano by ear? How do I practice? How do I get my child to practice? There is a lot more to be said on these topics, but here is a short video to get you started on my approaches to these questions.

As you may already know, I am most passionate about helping others develop a life long relationship to music, so my approach to music education will look different than what you are used to seeing in traditional piano culture and conventional lessons. The same fundamentals can still be instilled, but with a softer, more intuitive and creative approach. I introduce my young students to concepts I learned in college simply because I know how to explain them to different age groups.

I am an advocate for helping others connect to their craft on a deeper, spiritual level so that they may one day use it as therapy for I know in my heart the TRUE POWER of music, which is to HEAL.
