Cargo flight from the capital (Juba) to Yida Airstrip up in the North of the country carrying much needed supplies for the local community. Aircraft 5Y-CKV & 5Y-CKO
With only 65 ATP airframes ever built, a hand full of the last remaining ones ended up in Kenya where i got the chance to fly them in South Sudan and Somalia for a year and a half. Sadly their days in Africa were short lived and now BAe has revoked the type certificate meaning they will never fly again. One has been left in Malakal, one in Juba, one in Mogadishu and the rest are in Nairobi. Rest in peace ATP's....
