Au explaination:

There's an underground organisation, whose main goal is to maintain the instability of the server, they are 7 people, who sometimes call reunions to talk about the server's overall conditions, each of them have their own business tho. These 7 people, each have a title, like:
Eggchan, the foreseen eye
Clownpierce, King of hell
Wifies/Evilfies, The director
JamatoP, The code eater
Squiddo, The oracle
Itz, The former glory (placeholding Marloww)
Zam, The abdicated star

Ash is an ex member of core, expelled for trying to rule the server which equals to bringing the server to a certain stability, the person who replaced him is Marloww, but she is in standby since she is guarding the tomb, that's why Itz is currently her placeholder during meetings.
The one parrot met was in fact not the real director, it was a clone using his creator's title, name and armor trims.
Also mane works for the core, he is in the farlands to conduct some research.
Mane and Sharpness train together, since they both work under core (assassin and mercenary)
The forge and the underworld are also in collaboration with core
