Beating Blaster Master (NES) no deaths & no cheats, My Playthrough (1/6/2024)

Описание: My no-death playthrough of Blaster Master for NES. I loved this game as a kid and it's one I owned so I definitely beat it before but this is my first time doing so without using continues or dying. I had forgotten how confusing the layout is when first playing and how easy it is to get lost. Eventually I learned to get around and which areas could be skipped.

Back in the day I had maps from one of the Nintendo Power issues which also had tips and a mini-poster that I put on my wall. It had a model of Jason's tank-like vehicle, Sophia, which just looked amazing. I don't remember if that issue told about the grenade glitch where you could beat just about any boss by throwing a grenade and pausing the game, but I didn't want to use any cheats in my playthrough. I wanted to do it all for real.

This isn't a guide, walkthrough, or tutorial, it's just me playing through the game as best I can. What do you think of the game? Do you have any play tips, childhood memories, or interesting stories to share?
