The Miracles of Quran : The Crying and the Overflow of Tears !

Knowing that :
1- In the East: It was only in the 10th century, that Ibn Sina (Avicenna), the first, described, correctly, the anatomy of the human eye and symptoms of cataract.
2- In the West: The dissection of the eye was made only in the 16th century (see Bérenger Carpi, Charles Estienne, etc.)

How could we explain the presence of this description "of crying" in the Holy Quran, with exactly the same description "overflow of tears" to which has arrived the contemporary science, while the Quran dates back to the 7th century?
