In this video we want to show you how to easily fill a Puredyne single-use cap with material.
Steps:
1. Fill a syringe with luer lock
2. Push the plunger gently in the cap
3. Watch for correct placement
4. Use a luer adapter to connect the syringe
5. Transfer the material
6. To get rid of trapped air, turn the cap upside down and push out remaining air - For high viscosity fluids use a centrifuge to get bubbles to the top
7. Use a dummy plug to seal the cap for storage
8. Adapt a rotor to the printhead
9. Push the rotor through the plunger and lock the cap
10. Start printing!
