After hours of searching on Reddit and Google and waiting, I’ve gotten it to work.
(I won’t provide a download link...maybe, but don’t count on it. I could if you at least have the following, just ask)
1. Wii U (needs to be modded with custom firmware on 5.5.3U/5.5.4E)
2. SD cards (preferably a 16GB one should be recommended to fit it in WUP installer)
3. USB flash drive (64GB or more, any should work fine)
4. A legally owned copy of Mario Kart Wii
Super Mario’s property of Nintendo. That’s all. I own nothing of it.
