Playing an old childhood classic on an emulator.
A military coup has happened in the continent of Usea at the hands of extremist elements from the militaries of many of Usea's nations, spurred on by the Belkan Grey Men with technological support from Gründer Industries, in opposition to a treaty involving Osea (the victorious country in the Belkan War) and the southern Usean states, and it's up to the mercenary Scarface Squadron to put a stop to it. To kick things off, the game starts with an aerial interception (typical Ace Combat trend) in which you are required to shoot down the entire bomber squadron and its escorts.
