DIY Make Powerful CNC Machine at Home - Part 4: CNC Controller Wiring

Y-Axis motors mounting
Cable chain installation along Y & X axises
Mechanical end stop/limit switches fixing on all axises
GX16 4-pin termination for all NEMA23 motors
GX16 2-pin termination for spindle wiring and other end lugs termination
GX12 2-pin termination for all end stop/limit switches and other end lugs termination

I used in this CNC controller box the following parts:
Arduino Nano running GRBL v1.1
TB6600 stepper motor drivers
PWM to Voltage 0:10 module
110V/800W Spindle power supply
24V/300W Power Supply
LM2596 Buck DC-DC step-down power module
Ferrules wire ends terminals
Electric cable terminal for 5 terminals (GND and VCC)

This machine based on linear motion combination between SFU1204 Ball screw and MGN12 Linear guides. I used also variety of aluminum extrusion profiles like 15180, 2080, 2040 and 2020. Additionally to 8mm thickness aluminum plates to fix them all.
