बिना मावा, बिना मिल्क पाउडर के घर में खीर/पुडिंग बनाने का आसान तरीका |
INGREDIENTS:
Broken Wheat/Daliya(दलिया) - 1/4 Bowl
Ghee(घी) - 1 Tbsp
Milk(दूध) - 500 ml.
Saffron Strands(केसर) - Some
Jaggery - 2 Pieces
Cardamom Powder(इलायची पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
Cashew Nuts(काजू)
Soaked Almonds(भीगे हुए बादाम) - Some
RECIPE:
Take some Broken Wheat(Daliya), Keep the pan on the flame, add some Ghee, some soaked Dalia & saute on slow heat till it turns golden. Then add Milk, Saffron Strands to it and cook it on a slow flame. Then add some Cardamom Powder, nicely chopped Cashew Nuts & Almonds to it. Cook it till daliya is properly cooked.Then add jaggery at last. Then serve it & garnish with chopped Dry fruits & Rose Petals & enjoy it. In this way, Super-Tasty & Healthy Dalia Kheer/Broken Wheat Pudding/Dessert will get ready easily.
