This model was bought second-hand from Clark Railworks, and has the older 8-pin DCC interface with no independent/separate control of the marker and tail lights - if the marker lights are on, the tail lights are as well at the opposite end.
The speakers are from Roads and Rails.
I reduced the acceleration factor on CV3 and also considerably reduced the top speed on CV5 - out of the box it was doing a scale 300 mph flat out.
The train the Baby Deltic is hauling is not really a prototypical formation for this locomotive. The locomotive that was normally hauling the set of coaches is seen parked in the siding: Bulleid West Country class 34041 'Wilton'.
Why take 2? Because the first video I did of this locomotive didn't really demonstrate the sounds well at all so I didn't actually post it. I increased the master volume on the loco as I had turned it down too far for that earlier video attempt.
