What should you expect from pro wrestling training?
At the beginning of every class we go through dynamic warm-ups to get your body ready for physical conditioning. We spend about five minutes doing movements that prepare you for the workout ahead.
All these movements are easy to replicate at home. I’d you’re worried you won’t be able to keep up on your first day of training, start doing these warmups on your own so you’ll be ready to go.
