Socka is the Founder of a company which was established to develop state of the art independent and assisted living and seniors care in the Bangalore Metropolitan region.

Aarra Communities is the first centre, with a capacity of 300 persons consisting of 144 units in Chikka Tirupathi, close to Whitefield, Bengaluru.

Prior to founding Aarra, he was a director in Westpac Institutional Bank at Sydney with over 15 years’ experience in project finance, debt capital markets and investment banking.

Currently his other business interests are in the Coffee and Rubber sector.
