Описание: For years I've been asked to post the Chinese divers workouts. Since they are the best in the world they most likely have the best dryland/gymnastic workouts (I was told)... I am not sure if there actually is a video posted made for Chinese divers but this was my best option. This video contains clips from a dozen plus of Chinese videos in which they showed different dryland exercises. I hope coaches and divers out there will find it interesting. If you have the time, watch it through the end, there is some good stuff! Leave me a comment below to let me know!
