This incredible off grid tiny house located in North Carolina was built to replicate the Walden cabin where Henry David Thoreau would have lived from 1845 to 1847. Thoreau lived in a cabin on the edge of Walden Pond, a small glacial lake near Concord. Guided by the maxim “Simplify, simplify,” he strictly limited his expenditures, his possessions, and his contact with others.

This cabin also serves as inspiration for any cabin build, especially those looking to replicate Walden Cabin! The craftsmanship is remarkable and should you be fortunate enough to stay in this cabin, you will leave a more relaxed and inspired individual! If you want to experience a few nights 'off grid living' this is the airbnb for you :)
