Dear all -
My love for fermentation went up ever since I met the beautiful Payal, microbe mommy from @kobotermentary
Since then I have been fermenting something or the other every week. Some have turned out well, some became a disaster.
I fermented gooseberry a couple of months back. I added too much water and end up with too much brine. This becomes liquid gold with all the good gut microbes
Don't discard this water. Use it as starter for new ferments.
In this case I added to green chillies (add salt after tasting the brine) and also some abc juice.
Green chillies will ferment in a couple of days and I drank the juice the next day.
You can use the brine in salad dressings, chutneys etc.
