A powerful nor'easter brought blizzard conditions to Plymouth, MA, from February 8-9, 2013. Winds gusted between 60 and 70 mph during the peak of the storm (37:15-1:04:00 in the video) and potentially was higher towards 80 mph a few times. Much of the video is dark due to a nighttime power outage, so the best visual footage begins at 23:00. Snow accumulated to 21 inches.
