In this video, DIAKADI Trainer Gavin Birmingham walks you through a beginning level split squat lunge in the sagital plane and beginning level lateral rocker lunges in the frontal plane. Then it will introduce progressions into both dynamic front and back lunges, as well as dynamic side/lateral lunges.
