Описание: This is Erwin Buck´s beautiful VW Scirocco Mk1 in its 2020 version, the very first year it is fitted with a 2.0L Engine, to battle on the ultra competitive E1 2000 Class of the Berg-Cup. The great dominator of the 1600cc Class in the past, it was converted now into a 300Hp/9.000Rpm Monster, with a entirely new engine made by Spiess Racing called the SP G02.

Naturally Aspirated, 2.0L as said previously and weighing only 87Kg, this Aluminium block is pretty much a bespoke unit, specially made for Hillclimb Racing and strongly based on the Formula 3 engines where Spiess Racing specializes. Such a light motor contributes to the overall low weight of the car , which fits right into the limitation given by Berg-Cup rules, at 790Kg for the E1 2000 Class wher eit now competes.
