With the fires going on here in LA, I’m reminded that everything can change in a heartbeat, yet we must learn to ride the waves. In every moment, we can find our balance, breathe, and trust that we are always supported by the rhythm within.
This session was recorded in the serene landscape of Sedona, where the red rocks and peaceful energy of the desert deeply influenced the rhythm and flow of the music.
