Lisa leads one of the world’s largest evidence-mapping projects on disparities in policing, reviewing more than 500 studies across multiple countries. Her work sits at the intersection of crime science, public policy, and data ethics, and she is known for translating complex research into accessible insights for policymakers, journalists, and communities.
