Cold Milk- 1/2 cup
Strawberry Syrup- 2 tbsp

Lunch:

For Hummus:
Boiled chickpeas- 250 g
Sesame seeds- 100 g
Lemon juice- 2 tsp
Garlic- 3 cloves
Olive oil- 50 ml
Fresh cream- 100 ml
Salt- as required
Cumin powder- pinch
Beet root Juice- 1/4 cup

For Nachos:
Beet root- 1
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Corn Meal/ Makai ka Aata- 1/2 cup
All Purpose Flour/ Maida- 2 tbsp
White Pepper Powder- 1/2 tsp
Beet root Juice- 1/2 cup

Dinner:

Pani Puri

For Puri:
Semolina/ Sooji- 1/4 cup
Maida- 1 tbsp
Salt- 1/4 tsp
Beet root Juice- 1 tbsp

For Pani I.e Solkadhi:
Garlic- 2 cloves
Green Chilly- 1
Coconut- 1 cup
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Kokum- 1/4 cup

For Stuffing:
Boiled Potato- 1
Chat Masala- 1/2 tsp
Beet root Juice- 1 tsp


Dessert:

Maida- 2 cups
Sugar- 2 tbsp
Baking Powder- 1 tbsp
Baking Soda- 1/2 tsp
Salt- pinch
Butter- 2 tbsp melted
Milk- 1 cup
Vanilla Essence- 1 tsp
Roohafza/ Rose Syrup- 3 tbsp
Strawberry Syrup- 1 tbsp
