Day 11. Since I was out in Thurrock for the Ensignbus Running Day on the 7th, I was unable to cover the changes to West London routes that happened on the same day, so I decided to go and cover some of them on Monday instead. London Bus Route 218 is a brand new route that commenced operation on Saturday the 7th of December 2019, running between North Acton Station and Hammersmith (Lower) Bus Station via Acton Main Line Station, West Acton, Acton High Street, Acton Central Station, Acton Vale and Ravenscourt Park. Route 218 was introduced to replaced route 440 between North Acton and Acton, and route 266 between Acton and Hammersmith. The route is operated by Tower Transit from their Westbourne Park (X) garage using Wright Streetlites and Alexander Dennis Enviro 200 Darts.
