Treat your guests to something creative, healthy, and easy 👌
🛒 You’ll need:
✅ 1 large chicken breast
✅ 2 eggs
✅ 1/2 red onion
✅ 100 g Edam cheese
✅ 150 g sour cream (you can add a bit of tartar sauce if you like)
✅ 3 tsp mustard
✅ Pickle juice to taste
✅ Salt & black pepper
✅ Dill
✅ 1 pomegranate
✅ Crackers
➡️ Cook the chicken breast and eggs at the same time.
➡️ Shred the chicken, grate the eggs and cheese, and finely chop the onion.
➡️ Mix everything except dill and pomegranate seeds, season with salt and pepper, and chill briefly in the fridge for easier handling.
➡️ Shape the mixture into little trees, coat them in chopped dill, and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
➡️ Place the trees on crackers just before serving.
