I’m dancing 20 hours a week and it’s so hard to stick to my fitness routine AND in the same time keep my curves look. This workout is the one I do to be able to keep my strength and be able to combine it all. Make sure to give it a try!😍
FULL WORKOUT:
• warming up: glute activation exercises.
Sumo squats & Separate leg lifts.
• Sumo deadlift - 4 sets of 15 reps.
• Push Up & One arm dumbbell row - 3 sets of max reps.
• Lat pull down - 4 sets of 20 reps.
• Seated calf raise combined with standing calf raise - 4 sets of 10 reps each exercise.
• Superman - 3 sets of 15 reps.
• couldown with stretching.
