Описание: Dried on the vine is the raisin method emerging in California, and is explained by CAPS Farm Manager Ken Peters. In this case, the vines are clipped and then the grapes dry in place rather than being placed on the ground in the sun. Then a mechanical harvester is used to shake the raisins from the vines after there are dried, thus reducing the amount of hand labor required.
