Steven “Stretch” Armstrong is NORAD Commander’s Chief, NORAD Strategic Engagement serving as the premier subject matter expert and strategic engagement lead on NORAD and Operation NOBLE EAGLE. Mr. Armstrong is a pilot and former F-16 and T-37 instructor. He also served as an Operations Group Commander, an Air Support Group Commander, and the Inspector General for NORAD and United States Northern Command.
