Today hit harder than Day 1. Body aches, weakness, zero sleep, and the “zappy” shock feeling. I talk about my experience with relapse, the vicious cycle of addiction, and how easy it is to get hooked on something that’s marketed like candy and barely understood by most people.
If you’re going through kratom withdrawal, thinking about quitting, or stuck in that relapse loop, I hope this helps you feel less alone.
