Описание: Welcome to BMS, we are the builders of the VRT high speed spindle. Our patented regulator offers an easily set variable speed range from 15,000 to 40,000 rpm from the same spindle. Regulated speed meaning it supply's its self with more or less air as tool load increases or decreases. They are a compressed air driven turbine not driven by your machine spindle. As you can see completely tool changeable engaged by your CNC control and can be used like any other tool in your tool changer. The patented coupler has both inlet and outlets closed when not in use preventing contamination into the turbine. Our spindles are held in the CNC spindle and are only running when the program calls for them to be. Our design being extremely short reduces the shank to tool tip distance reducing vibration, deflection, and increasing tool life and more easily used in the shorter travel machines.
Being extremely versatile by increasing your existing cnc capability to include engraving, high speed machining of molds and graphite electrodes, drilling, and jig grinding.
