~Something to embellish with ( I used glass beads ) $10.00
~Cute Ribbon (About 12 Inches to cut in half) $1.50

You can get everything you need at your local craft store or WalMart!

To wear your collar just tie the ribbon in a bow around your neck!
These go great with plain crew neck T-Shirts or Dresses. Also, simple printed ones ( Stripes/Polka Dots )
