INGREDIENTS
4 Small Eggs
Pinch of Salt
12 tablespoon Sugar
12 tablespoon Vegetable oil
12 tablespoon Evaporated milk
12 tablespoon All purpose flour
2 teaspoon Baking powder
Zest from a Lemon
Juice from half Lemon
Preheat oven 10minutes before baking @170C
Grease baking pan with butter and flour
Bake In preheated oven 170C for 50minutes or until an Inserted skewer comes out dry
Cake Mould 12 inches * 5inches
