Step-by-step instructions:

Choose your ingredients. For fall infused vodka, some great options include apples, oranges, cranberries, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.
Wash and prepare your ingredients. If you're using fruit, cut it into small pieces. If you're using spices, grind them in a mortar and pestle or spice grinder or opt for grounded spices.

Add your ingredients to a clean, airtight jar or decanter.
Pour in enough vodka to fill the jar, leaving about an inch of headspace.
Seal the jar tightly and shake it well.
Store the jar in a cool, dark place for 3-5 days.
After 3-5 days, strain the vodka through a cheesecloth-lined strainer.
Pour the infused vodka into a clean bottle or jar.


Fall Cider Cocktail Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 ounces fall infused vodka (see above and video for instructions)
1 ounce apple cider
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/4 ounce maple syrup
Cinnamon stick, for garnish
Brown Sugar/White Sugar and Cinnamon to Rim

*Mocktail version uses a NA vodka or switches to a simple syrup by boiling spices/fruits in equal parts water and sugar.

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously until chilled.
Strain into a chilled glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick and serve.
Brown Sugar/White Sugar and Cinnamon to Rim
