Today, we started at around 6.30 AM from Lachung and headed towards Zero Point which is the last place on Indo-Tibet border where civilisation exists, in the northeastern Indian state of Sikkim. Lachung is home to the 19th century Buddhist Lachung Monastery. We stayed overnight at Lachung and then started our journey towards Zero Point crossing the famous Yumthang Valley (the Valley of Flowers).
