Cleveland area weather forecast: Way below-average temps continue through the end of the week

Описание: It's not Groundhog Day yet, but it's starting to feel like the movie with another day of frigid cold and snow in the forecast. Cold air will be with us the rest of the week and Weather Impact Alerts will continue through at least Friday as this dangerous cold remains relentless. Wind chill values will get into the minus 10-20 range this morning and we'll have incredibly cold mornings all week. It's going to be tough to get these kids back in school.
