Papaya :1
Sugar :1cup
Vanilla essence :1 spoon
Food colours:red,green,yellow (of your choice)
1.cut the papaya 🍐into half and remove the seeds.
2.peel off the skin
3.remove the inner skin with the help of a knife.🔪
4.now cut them into small cubes of equal size.🥣
5.boil papaya pieces for 10 min to remove the milk from them.🍵
6.take 1 cup sugar
Add 1 cup water 🧂
7.sugar should dissolve completely.
8.now add papaya pieces and let it boil for 7to8 min in medium flame.🍵
9.add 1 spoon vanilla essence
10.adding essence 🧉is completely option and you can add essence of your choice.
11.after 20min pieces will turn soft and this is the indication to switch off the flame.
12.transfer this into 3 different bowls 🥣and add colors of your choice.
13.add red 🔴color
Add green 🟢color
Add yellow🟡color
14.Keep it like this for 12 hours so that sugar and color gets nicely absorbed.
15.after 12 hours mix them ones with different spoons.🥄
16.now spread this mixture on a tissue paper so that the excess sugar syrup gets absorbed.🧻
17.now dry them 4 hours
18.once they get dried completely transfer a glass 🧂jar and put it in a refrigerator so that they can last for a month.
