It's time for Part Two of my conversation with Serena Haines, Halifax's one and only sex and intimacy coach to talk about intimacy after baby.

Whether it's soon after the 6-week postpartum check-up or months/years later, sex and intimacy with ourselves and/or partner tends to take a back seat to the demands of parenthood and raining a new little human - and that's okay!
