The Big Mac is one of my all-time favourites, which is why I partnered with McDonald’s UK to find out how it’s made and create my own Big Mac-inspired £1 burger. Check it out!
Even I was surprised by the quality of the ingredients that go into that iconic taste. I spent time at McDonald’s getting to grips with it, before putting a spin on my own version. I had to sacrifice a bit on the quality of the ingredients compared to McDonald’s (they only use cuts of 100% British and Irish beef from the forequarter and flank) but this is still a great burger! #AD
