Описание: #TwoPianoTuesday returns this Tuesday (April 4 @ 8:00pm EDT) with the first episode of our BACKSTAGE@CLIBURN 2022 livestream series. As the official correspondents for the 2022 Cliburn International Piano Competition, we had the unique opportunity to interview all of the competitors immediately after their performances. This week’s episode, “Competition Trends,” will feature a collection of vignettes we created to highlight universal themes from these interviews and the competition at large. We will discuss the immense challenges these competitors faced, repertoire programming in wartime, Sir Stephen Hough’s dynamic commissioned work, and much more.
