In the training, coach Mikkel Voigt from SHEA in Skanderborg shows us 2 exercises that simulate these situations for a short time. Mikkel proceeds methodically and shows us first a 2vs2 in the width and then a 3vs3. He creates the superiority by a first throw over the center, which brings the defender in motion.
