This is a workout you can do with most suspension trainers on the market and minimal space. All you need is enough space for a yoga mat or towel on the floor and a place to anchor the equipment!
Complete each exercise for 40 seconds, rest for 20 seconds between exercises.
Once you have completed all 8 exercises, rest for 60 seconds before completing again!
Beginner: 2-3 sets
Intermediate: 3-4 sets
Advanced: 5+ sets
