Audio recording of the Mesa Boogie TC50 amp was accomplished as follows:

Clean Tone - IK Multimedia ToneX pedal driven thru a Mesa Boogie (FX loop) w/EL34's thru 2 cabinets with 2x12 Celestions + DI output. Patch used: Fender Reverb

Dirty Tone - Guitars were plugged directly into the front of the amp, utilizing the 12AX7 pre-amp section and EL34 power section on Chrunch Channel #2, again feeding 2x12 Celestions + DI input.

All speakers mic'd with three Shure microphones (simultaneously) to capture each amp rigs live audio sound along with a DI output from the Mesa amp as the fourth input channel.
